Some photos of the two seem really close up and clearer than clear. How'd these paps get such vivid shots? There was even one of them @ the counter picking out chocolate! Kinda weird. 
However the shots were managed, Blake and Penn look really pretty.
As does the rest of the free world, we can't seem to get enough of Edward Cullen himself, Robert Pattinson and the rest of the Twilight cast for that matter.
The movie is based on the best selling book of the same name and stars Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Connelly, Ben Affleck, Drew Barrymore, Scarlett Johansson, Bradley Cooper, Ginnifer Goodwin, Justin Long, Kevin Connolly, and I even saw Sasha Alexander! Extra cool. I like Sasha; she's a good actress. I'll put this on my must see list.

I don't care if there aren't that many Wilson Phillips fans nowadays. I am still a devoted listener. And as these 3 women (Carnie Wilson, Wendy Wilson, Chynna Phillips) leave their 30's behind, there is no doubt that they still sound brilliant and look so good for their age.
The chance to meet them was a huge highlight as well. Another highlight was Chynna's husband, William Baldwin. He was cool to approach and was probably the loudest "fan" in the whole place. Not to mention his gorgeousness.

The two stars were papped yesterday as they separately made their way through LAX en route to NYC.

Super singer, Rihanna was in New York City last night to attend the 2008 UNICEF Snowflake Lighting @ the Grand Army Plaza.
The UNICEF Snowflake is said to be the largest of its kind. 
Rihanna performed in the Philippines this past weekend with her boyfriend, Chris Brown as the opening act. 
One of the most beautiful men out there, Robert Pattinson jetted out of LAX yesterday and made his way to the big apple. 
Probably continuing his promotional tour for his latest movie, Twilight, Pattinson hit up Gucci's Tattoo Heart Collection event to benefit UNICEF. I don't know if this is what he wore though.
Twilight had its premiere this evening in Los Angeles and the fans came out in full force.

Twilight stars Kristen Stewart and Nikki Reed were out last night doing their portion of the movie's mall tour sponsored by Hot Topic.
This event seemed pretty organized. I mean, look, there was even time for Stewart and Reed to pose for the paparazzi. Their co-star, Robert Pattinson had some trouble going on @ his scheduled events last week in San Francisco (although my favorite little guy, Googly Eyes got his chance to meet the one and only Edward Cullen) and Dallas i.e. huge fan turnout and crowd control issues. 
Twilight opens straight up @ midnight, on February 21st.
But alas, ER is in its final season and last night's episode was effing brilliant! Anthony Edwards made a guest appearance as the late Dr. Mark Green in flashbacks Dr. Banfield (the kick ass Angela Bassett) had from years ago when she first stepped into the ER, aiding her sick child who had a case of undiagnosed leukemia.
Not only did Edwards appear, but Laura Innes who played Dr. Kerry Weaver and Paul McCrane as the assy Dr. Romano. Their bits were short but very welcoming. It made the scenes more real. I wondered if they were going to sprinkle old cast members in and not just have Green work with the still around nurses. I was not disappointed. Although I was hoping for Sherry Stringfield (Susan! Lewis). Doris the EMT was even there! And so was Jerry (who aged)!
Oh, and Eriq LaSalle (Benton!) paid tribute to the late Michael Crichton who created ER. It was also good to see him in any ER capacity again.
Rachel McAdams made her way through LAX airport earlier today after spending time in London filming Sherlock Holmes with Robert Downey, Jr and director Guy Ritchie. 
In addition to Sherlock Holmes, Rae Rae will star with Ben Affleck and Russell Crowe in 'State of Play' in 09 as well as 'The Time Traveler's Wife' with The Incredible Hulk, Eric Bana.

Last week, my local favorite radio station, Alice @ 97.3, morning duo Sarah & Vinnie announced that a boat had capsized in St. Tropez I believe, and that Jessica had possibly been on board where there were no survivors. Where they got that info is beyond me because Biel is alive and well and nowhere out of the country. I wonder if Sarah retracted her news story?

But man, John is looking mighty hot. It's his body and short hair, I think.
It seems that the city did not realize the strength of this movie and its loyal fans by not garnering what should have been more security and efficient crowd control. 
Unfortunately for San Franciscans, that meet and greet can no longer be. Fans from as far away as Los Angeles and Hawaii traveled to the bay area for their chance meeting with Edward Cullen. 
It's still a shame that Lively and Meester weren't able to do that 30 Rock guest spot playing Liz Lemon's high school cohorts. Whatever the reasoning was, too bad. They would have been a trip.
Tao nightclub celebrated its 3 year anniversary last night in Las Vegas with a bevy of TV celebs.

What I just discovered as of last night @ Goose's soiree was that 7up released a pomegranate soda that's out for a limited time. Limited meaning just for the holidays. Oooh, I'm stoked. 
During a recent interview with a local CW station, One Tree Hill star, Chad Michael Murray casually outed his co-star and ex-wife, Sophia Bush, dating their other co-star, James Lafferty. 
Murray said they all get along and it's now easier for him and Sophia to work together. Who knows if that's still true considering James and Sophia have not gone public, public with their togetherness. Which isn't a bad thing that they keep their relationship to themselves.

The legendary Madonna played a show @ Dodger Stadium last night in Los Angeles and the star studded audience were treated to performances by Britney Spears and her long time ago boyfriend, Justin Timberlake.
Spears and Timberlake did not appear onstage together as many had hoped. 
Instead, Madonna did 4 Minutes with Justin and dueted on Human Nature with her MTV VMA's kissing partner. 
Three of the stars of Gossip Girl were on hand last night in New York City for the flagship store opening of Juicy Couture. 
Jessica Szohr, who plays Vanessa, joined up with her co-stars, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley for the event.

Apparently, the lead singer of the sibling group, Debarge, has had previous trouble in the past with drugs and jail time.

More pictures have surfaced of the Gossip Girl cast filming a funeral scene yesterday in Brooklyn. The fab five, Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Chace Crawford, Penn Badgley, and Ed Westwick were the focus as well as John Patrick Amedori, who currently plays Lively's Serena character's boyfriend (Is he a good fit with the fab 5?) 
Some of the pictures reveal intensity between Serena and Chuck (Westwick) as well as Chuck and Dan (Badgley). 
Offering support to young Mr. Bass is BFF Nate (Crawford) and almost girlfriend, Blair (Meester).
Robert Pattinson, star of the up and coming Twilight film, has started his promotional appearances in support of the movie's release on November 21. 
Pattinson showed up @ the Apple store in Soho yesterday and this morning he was on The Elvis Duran Morning Show for Z100 in New York. 
He'll be @ the Planet Hollywood this afternoon and do TRL on Thursday.
Edward Cullen and the other cast members are also scheduled to be in LA to tape a Twilight event for MTV.
No pictures of Kelly Rutherford have surfaced, who plays Bart's current wife, Lily. 
Rutherford's TV kids, Blake Lively and Connor Paolo were on set as well as their grandmother, CeCe.
Leighton Meester, Chace Crawford, Penn Badgley, Taylor Momsen, & Ed Westwick (who is Bart's son) were seen going in and out of their trailers.
All the guys were all dressed in their suits while the girls of the show were still in their street clothes. 
How excited am I that Wilson Phillips will be reuniting for two shows later this month in Southern California? Well, I'm very very excited. It's a SQUEEEEEEEE moment for me. And probably only me. And my one friend who also liked them back in the day. 
I'm glad Wilson Phillips is continuing. Music changes so much but their sound is so timeless.
