As usual, Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa do Halloween with various costume changes. A total of 14 for this year including Hannah Montana and the Jonas Brothers.
They started off their show by appearing as Joe Biden and Sarah Palin. Philbin and Ripa also took on the roles of Billy Ray Cyrus and Miley Cyrus. You can catch their various outfits on YouTube.
