Enjoying the California sun earlier today, Grey's Anatomy co-stars, Ellen Pompeo (Meredith Grey) and Katherine Heigl (Izzie Stevens) were spotted having lunch @ Cruzer Pizza & Pasta in the Los Feliz section of LA. 
The two were joined by another female friend and no it wasn't Yang, Torres, or Bailey.
Wonder if they were to report back to the set afterwards? They were having some good 'ole wine with their meal; always nice.A new episode of Grey's Anatomy airs tomorrow night. Let's count how many scenes and/or lines T.R. Knight has, okay?
BTW, that sweater on Pompeo is not flattering @ all.
