New Kids Touring This Spring

The fab 5, New Kids on the Block, are coming back to the US this spring to dazzle their fans once again.

Celebuzz has the details, including the dates, places, and when tickets will go on sale.

Sadly, they will not return to the bay area. The closest venues the guys will be performing will be in Reno and Los Angeles.

So if you were debating about buying the New Kids track jacket, you'll have to track it down south.

New Kids Are Fine Men

New Kids on the Block played @ the HP Pavilion in San Jose, CA last night and goddamn, it was such a good show. You couldn't help but get in to it. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My companions, Buster, Goose and friends totally loved it as did Flower Girl, Jean Jacket and the flask buddies.
Even the girl sitting in front of us who either came from work or was heading to work after the show got her groove on despite being in her uniform. I loved her dance moves!

Lady GaGa and Natasha Bedingfield totally kicked ass with their performances. Bedingfield even came out after her set to sign CD's and shirts. Too bad I missed that opportunity to meet her.

And Jordan's solo performance with his shirt blowing open was not cheesy @ that moment. God, he has a killer body! They all do. Even my favorite, Jon Knight. Hi, Danny Wood.

They're playing Las Vegas right this very minute. And since it's Vegas, of course there's an after party.

NKOTB In The Bay

A little more than 24 hours to go and then the New Kids on the Block make their bay area stop on their current tour. The excitement is catching on.

I missed them the first time around when all the hoopla surrounded them in the late 80's and early 90's.

They even appeared a few times on Dance Party USA. I had that captured on tape too. Where said tape is located is beyond me.

Flower Girl is going. Jean Jacket is going. Goose is excited about the early bird dinner. Buster will have that cocktail for the road. Hula Kuya can't make it. And me and the rest of the peeps will be making our way to the HP Pavil.

Remember, Lady GaGa and Natasha Bedingfield will be the opening acts. That's a good lineup. So Natasha and Daniel Bedingfield (If You're Not The One) are brother and sister? Where's he right now? Locked in with the rest of the one hit wonders, I suppose.

Lady GaGa Opening Up For The New Kids

Lady GaGa will be one of two (Natasha Bedingfield is the other one) opening acts for New Kids on the Block. And those opening acts I'm very much looking forward to as well as NKOTB, of course. Lady GaGa has a few good dance songs out and little drummer girl sings to "Paparazzi" all the time. Some say that Christina Aguilera copied her MTV VMA performance look off of the Lady.

Give "Paparazzi" a listen to. It's from Lady GaGa's album, The Fame. It's fierce!

New Kids On The Block - Oh, My

Who's excited for the New Kids on the Block concert? I am (raises hand)! After seeing a preview last night of their show in Boston after their Behind the Music special on VH-1, I am kinda looking forward to it. This deserves a squee!

Here are the men performing "My Favorite Girl"

New Kids On The Block Release CD

The New Kids on the Block released their first CD in hella years on Tuesday with a party @ Marquee in New York City. Isn't their CD titled NKOTB? Isn't it? I listened to a few tracks and it's just okay. They better sing more of their old stuff when they go on tour.

The New Kids/Old Men showed up @ Best Buy earlier in the day to sign copies and take pictures with the fans.
I'm looking forward to this show.

Sidebar - Audrina from The Hills was just on The View and Whoopi asked her a question about the girls practicing safe sex and she either didn't understand the question or she didn't understand the question. $30,000 a week?

New Kids On The Block Cancel Performance

The New Kids on the Block were set to perform on the Today show this morning (didn't they do that already back in May?) but decided it wasn't appropriate with Hurricane Gustav going on in New Orleans. Fans began lining up last Friday expecting close up dance moves by the manly New Kids (we know what those people did on their Labor Day weekend) on this sunny day in New York. Instead they were treated to autographs and pictures and the promise that they would have dibs for the rescheduled performance. Now those who came out of state will probably have to reserve a day off or call in sick. They're most likely fine with it.

Don't Eat Cookies For Breakfast

Blog well done Flower Girl! Looking forward to more posts from you.

No new DVD's or CD's worth mentioning today. Unless you're a fan of Las Vegas; one of their seasons is out today.

New Kids on the Block is touring and it's a bit thrilling. I hear they're recording a song with New Edition so that is something to look out for. Gosh, Jon Knight is pushing 40! He's my favorite, btw.

So Denny's coming back on Grey's Anatomy and why would Batman star Christian Bale go off on his mom and sister?

I know a lot of you are excited for the latest episode of Tori & Dean tonight. And who would pay Audrina Patridge from The Hills $5,000 to go to a club and mingle with her "fans?" Sheesh.

So my co-worker brought in these huge chocolate chip cookies and I ate (devoured) one this morning. I'm not feeling so good now.

Lastly, greetings to RA Cullen
