Blake Lively turned 21 (not 31) on August 25th and spent it by having cheeseburgers with boyfriend Penn Badgley and then going home to watch Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. But the real party happened Saturday night @ The Palace Hotel in NYC. It was a Jazz theme and her guests were required to don 20's attire (my work did that 2 years ago). Blake chose a really nice Ralph Lauren dress and Penn looked really good all dressed up in a full on tuxedo with tails. I thought Jessica Szohr (Vanessa Abrams) looked great. Some girl's brother went and snapped this picture of the cast. Georgina Sparks showed up and where was Kelly Rutherford?
And on Sunday, Blake and Penn went to see the closing show of Rent. Leighton Meester and Jessica attended Diane Von Furstenberg's fashion show on Sunday wearing matching colors. What's all this news about Leighton being born in jail? I believe it was a halfway house. Her mother was sent back to jail after she delivered Leighton.
