TV Queen Heather Locklear was arrested last night around 8:00 pm local time in Santa Barbara. She was pulled over for driving erratically under suspicion for being under the influence of prescription drugs. Something seems to be going on with Sammy Jo. Whatever it is, take care of it. Amanda Woodward would not be pleased.
