BFF's Jen And Court Ringing In The New Year

Best friends forever and forever. Aww! Keeping up their annual tradition of spending New Year's together, Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox arrived in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico this past Sunday. Courteney's husband, David Arquette was seen with their daughter, Coco and friends Laura Dern and her musician husband, Ben Harper were also spotted with the group.

Aniston's current boyfriend, John Mayer arrived in LA after Christmas so we'll soon find out if he plans to join the bunch before 2009 hits.

Jennifer's movie, Marley & Me was #1 over the Christmas holiday weekend. Courteney's film with Adam Sandler, Bedtime Stories came in second place. A very good weekend for the pair indeed. I wonder if they enjoy doing puzzles?

Canceled? Really?

Year 2000 - WB Promo

One of the best promos ever made for a network; Even though it no longer exists, the WB put out yearly promos featuring their crop of young stars gathered together. My favorite was the one in 2000. You got Dawson's Creek, Felicity, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Charmed, Roswell, 7th Heaven, Popular, and even Jamie Foxx.

Vitamin C sang this version of 'Oh, What A Night'. Where is she, BTW?

Thank god for YouTube.

Gossip Girl And Sex and the City DVD Bonanza

Amazon has a couple of great deals on some DVD's. Notably the first season of Gossip Girl and the entire six seasons of Sex and the City.

For $16.99, you can capture the upper east side high schoolers in action. And for the Sex fans out there, an entire season is only $8.99. A $2.98 shipping fee is added but that is a really good deal.

Just thought I'd put it out there.

Jen And Owen Fans Flock To The Movies

Christmas Day was good for Marley & Me starring Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson. Their movie was the #1 film yesterday, opening @ a little over 14 million dollars. We still have the entire weekend to find out what film ranked the highest this holiday weekend.

Yippee for the JA!

Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett's The Curious Case of Benjamin Button trailed Marley & Me with 11.8 million dollars.

Adam Sandler's Bedtime Stories also opened Christmas Day, which co-stars Courteney Cox and Keri Russell.

The anticipated reunion of Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio, Revolutionary Road opens in select theaters today.

Back to the JA, she joined BFF Courteney Cox and family for their annual Christmas Eve dinner. That's all...

Robert Pattinson Heads Home For Christmas

Still sporting his weekend outfit it seems, Twilight star Robert Pattinson was seen arriving @ London's Heathrow Airport earlier today.

Pattinson was photographed clutching his guitar as he made his way through the terminal.

Over the weekend, the actor was somehow located and pictured picking up moving boxes and such with co-star Nikki Reed.

Reed, who played vampire Rosalie Hale, was asked last week about those pictures that surfaced of co-star Kristen Stewart with a "pipe". Reed's response? "So?!" Ha! Classic. Good answer!

Back to Robert, I personally love his new haircut and the stubble action he has going on. Those put together make him really look wow, wow, wowee...

Robert Pattinson Got A Haircut

We were so used to him running his hand through his hair all the time. It almost seemed like his habit.

But Robert Pattinson no longer needs to do that sexy move as he showed his new buzz looking cut while leaving Smashbox Studios yesterday in Los Angeles.

Pattinson has been seen all over LA since his Twilight promoting days have concluded. He was spotted @ Il Sole earlier in the week with friends. Il Sole is a really small restaurant and heavily populated by celebrities. I've eaten there and the food is okay and you practically can hear everyone's conversation because you're situated in close proximity with the other patrons.

What's with all the rumors that Rob may be trying to get back with Camilla Belle? I didn't know they were even together for a time. True or not? She was allegedly spotted @ the LA premiere of Twilight but I didn't see any pictures of her. Uh-oh Joe Jonas, watch out cuz she'll most likely leave you for him.

And did Kristen Stewart really go to Russia?

Bedtime Stories Premiere In LA

Last night @ the El Capitan Theater in Los Angeles, stars of Bedtime Stories were in attendance to premiere their film together.

Adam Sandler, Keri Russell, Courteney Cox and Teresa Palmer posed for pictures as they arrived on the red carpet.

Felicity Porter looks really good. Remember when her hair was all curly and kinky that first season? And then she cut it all off and it was still curly and kinky.

Jen And John Brave The New York Cold

Stepping out on the town for a casual dinner, Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer were spotted roaming the streets of New York. The couple had a meal with Kelly Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos @ La Esquina restaurant.

Aniston is in the big apple promoting her Christmas Day release, Marley & Me co-starring Owen Wilson.

Jennifer appeared on Ripa's show as well as Late Night with David Letterman and Good Morning America the past couple of days.

She dresses so nice.

Revolutionary Road Premiere

Last night @ the Mann Village Theater in Westwood, Revolutionary Road stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet showed up to premiere their second film together.

Their last collaboration was in the late nineties. We all know which movie that was and what a success it became.

Road probably won't do killer money @ the box office the way Titanic did, but the film looks to be well received. Moviegoers have been waiting for DiCaprio and Winslet to reunite on screen.

Both actors were recently nominated for Golden Globe Awards. I so want Kate to win!

Revolutionary Road was directed by Winslet's husband, Sam Mendes who accompanied the star to the premiere.

The film is now set to open in January. For reals?

Jennifer And Owen Premiere

Marley & Me stars Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson were @ the premiere of their film last night @ the Mann Village Theater in Los Angeles.

Showing Aniston support was her singer/boyfriend John Mayer and Friends BFF, Courteney Cox.

Remember when the entire cast of Friends used to show up @ any movie premiere their co-star was in? Now it's dwindled to the BFFers. Do they not talk to Lisa Kudrow as much?

Marley & Me opens Christmas Day.

Kristen Can't Decide If Robert Is Sexier Than Zac Efron

It's only 21 seconds but check out this funny little sit down with Edward Cullen and Bella Swan.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were in Paris promoting Twilight and they did tons of press.

Here they are in a room answering fan questions shown on a screen and they hit the buzzer after answering each question. Or hitting the buzzer to not answer the question.

Sherlock Holmes Cast In London

Sherlock Holmes himself, Robert Downey Jr. was on set in London earlier today. He was joined by his two co-stars, Jude Law and Rachel McAdams.

Law is set to play Dr. John Watson and Rachel will portray Irene Adler.

The movie is being directed by Guy Ritchie.

Will rumors start to swirl soon about Guy and Rachel?

Speaking of McAdams, her ex man, Ryan Gosling was photographed on Tuesday @ an LA gym. He looked good!

WTF?

What's going on here? I thought Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge were on the outs?

Fake.

The two were spotted bikini shopping earlier today while MTV went along to document the outing.

They're friends that are faking trouble for the cameras. And money.

I haven't seen an episode in ages! Is it still airing new ones?

Eh...

Twilight DVD Details

Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke discussed on MTV some of what the extras are going to contain when the DVD of Twilight becomes available, which should be February or March of next year.

Yes, yes, Hardwicke will not be directing the second and third installments of the film, but she still presses on with her promotion of the original one she did helm.

I quietly wondered why Edward and Bella did not say those three words, eight letters; Something they said to each other in the book. But we will most likely see it in the DVD extras. And Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart did commentary on the film! Nice.

SANTA MONICA, California — These days, "Twilight" fans are so freaked out that you'd think James the nomad was on to their scent.

Even though their beloved vampire film keeps taking in big bucks at the box office, director Catherine Hardwicke has been yanked off the sequels, and names of potential successors are jumping around faster than Edward Cullen on a deer hunt.

As the future of the franchise hangs in the balance, and the fanbase splinters into various camps, we've set aside some cool news that should hopefully return a smile to the faces of Stephenie Meyer fans. It's part three of what would become Hardwicke's last in-depth interview as the "Twilight" captain. Following on the heels of her discussing record-setting box-office numbers and "New Moon" hopes, we bring you brand-new details about Hardwicke's final "Twilight" effort: the much-anticipated DVD.

"We just did the commentary," Hardwicke grinned when she came to visit our studio right after "Twilight" opened, revealing that she had spent time in an audio booth with stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart that very morning. "We were like, 'Is this the lamest commentary ever?' We were just laughing! I was thinking, 'Should we do something really serious with myself and the stunt guy and special-effects people and show aspiring filmmakers how we did those special effects?' But nope. We did the giggle version. [Rob and Kristen were] remembering the funny stuff that happened and the crazy stuff. They make fun of how they look in the movie."

Asked when the disc will arrive in stores, Hardwicke said, "I think spring. Maybe right after Valentine's Day." She then added even more information to the details she gave us about the DVD last month. "We have 10 deleted or extended scenes. There's some juicy stuff in there," she said, adding that one would correct an omission spotted by many Meyer fans. "I think in one of them, [Edward and Bella] do say, 'I love you.'

"There's a few crazy montages we made of every time someone gets bitten by a vampire that we didn't show in the movie. There's a lot more vampire biting," she said of the more violent material held back to get "Twilight" its PG-13 rating. "One montage is called 'Human Hijinks,' and it's all the human friends [including Mike Welch and Anna Kendrick] doing crazy stuff, more [from the field-trip scene] with the worms and the greenhouse. Just them totally messing around, going crazy. That's kind of fun."

A second montage will focus on the movie's undead moments. "There is the very sexy vampire biting — that is not in the movie," Hardwicke said of the bonus feature. "There's [Rob biting Kristen in the dream sequence], and then there's the nomadic vampires attacking. We have that in there too."

As for other notable moments, Hardwicke said: "There's a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff. We had a great guy, Jeff, who was [filming us] every day. He did some very creative interviews, so you can see us making almost every scene in the movie, which is kind of fun. I actually learned a few things I didn't even know, listening to other people's interviews!"

You can also see the orchestra in London performing 'Bella's Lullaby,' " she said of another bonus feature. "There's a lot of neat stuff."

Then there's the moment that MTV's "Twilight" Tuesday fans will perhaps be most eager to see, as explained hilariously last month by Edi Gathegi. " That 'Does a Baby Eat Candy?' scene was in rehearsal, so I'm trying to get them to put that rehearsal scene in; that was hysterical," Hardwicke laughed. "We literally fell on the ground, because [Edi's attempts at improv] can get pretty perverse. You have to see it!"

As for the other deleted scenes, "There are some scenes that are longer, and some scenes that we don't have in the movie," Hardwicke explained. "There's one scene that's not in the film where Rob and Kristen are walking alone, and he trips her and they fall back into these leaves, and then he takes a bite of her finger. ... It's Kristen's favorite scene."

Kate And Leo Cover EW

Beginning the promotional circuit for their second film together, Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio sit down with Entertainment Weekly for their cover issue out next week.

Revolutionary Road opens December 26th and the two stars play a married couple who aren't so happy. Road was directed by Winslet's husband, Sam Mendes.

This I can't wait to see.

Hard to believe Titanic was more than a decade ago.

When is Kate going to win her much deserved Oscar?!

Remember...

Pepper Dennis?

HaHaHa!

I thought I just saw the guy that played Rebecca Romijn's love interest on TV.

Pepper Dennis.

Nicole Kidman Hits Up The Ivy

Promoting her not doing so spectacular movie, Australia, Nicole Kidman premiered the movie last night with co-star Hugh Jackman in London.

Kidman and Jackman headed to the Ivy afterwards for a little relaxation.

Her forehead is so flat and smooth.

Jennifer Reveals Almost All To GQ

Oh my goodness. Marley & Me star Jennifer Aniston looked very pretty on last week's cover of Entertainment Weekly.

For the January 2009 cover of GQ, she looks very fit and is pretty much nekkid, save for the patriotic necktie she has on.

Does she do botox?

Aniston is turning the big 4-0 come February.

Oh, JA.

Grey's And George May Part Ways

Reports are circulating that actor T.R. Knight is asking to be released from his contract with Grey's Anatomy, despite having three more years to fulfill.

Sources have spilled to Entertainment Weekly and The Associated Press that Knight is unhappy with the direction (which seems to be nowhere from where I watch) his character is going.

ABC and Grey's creator Shonda Rhimes are rumored to grant the request.

Is it me or has the show gone downhill? I used to be so giddy with excitement for Thursdays and now I haven't been completely watching the newer episodes in its entirety. I've been channel surfing or not even watching any TV @ all. Meredith and Derek used to be so hot and now they barely have scenes together even though they are a full fledged, committed couple! And that Denny & Izzie storyline stinks.

Even ER has managed to hold my interest after such a long, long time. I don't know why.

Brad Does Rolling Stone

Promoting his latest film, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Brad Pitt sits down with Rolling Stone for a feature cover and interview.

I don't like that mustache look he has going on.

Pitt reveals that his favorite Angelina Jolie film is Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Why? Because it's the film he fell in love with her. OUCH!

Gossip Girl Cast Still Churning Episodes

Three members of the Gossip Girl cast were shooting scenes this morning for an upcoming episode.

Leighton Meester (nice coat) was papped along with Blake Lively (nice hair) and Penn Badgley (nice face).

John Patrick Amedori who played Serena's boyfriend, Aaron Rose should not be seen in any more episodes. Last night better have been his final airing. Who can stand him? There's zero chemistry between him and Serena and most viewers see Aaron as douchey and dirty. I would have loved to see some interaction between him and Blair though. Not once did they speak to each other in his entire run. And they're on screen parents even got married!

If Schwartz and Savage are planning to bring back Georgina Sparks, then maybe the door will be open for a future Aaron visit. I hope not, though.
